1.The spunlace process is to spray a high-pressure fine water stream onto one or more layers of fiber webs to entangle the fibers with each other, so that the fiber webs can be reinforced and have a certain strength. The ultra-pure water is accelerated to a subsonic speed and sprayed onto the melt-blown cloth through the electret platform, so that the friction and the saturated static electricity are stored in the melt-blown cloth, and the melt-blown cloth has a high efficiency of more than 99%.

3. The unwinding is automatic unwinding. The equipment comes with 3 sets of constant tension automatic tracking systems. It is more stable when shutting down, and it is unavoidable that it is not easy to stretch and break. It reduces the factors that reduce the filtration efficiency and the meltblown cloth products are stable.

4. It is difficult to make P2 cloth stably with ordinary electric electret, and P2 cloth produced by water electret is stable, and proper base cloth combined with water electret masterbatch can achieve P3 production. Draping silk and smooth fabric.
