Aluminum-plastic composite panel, called ACP panel in short, is a new type of surface-treated and coated aluminum foil (with fluorocarbon coating or polyester coating) as the surface layer and polyethylene material as the core layer, and is produced through a thermal composite process. Decorative materials; mainly used in building curtain walls, exterior wall decoration and advertising, interior decoration, etc.

Combining traditional production technology and practical experience, the developed high-speed aluminum-plastic composite panel production line adopts advanced extrusion system to produce high-filled flame-retardant aluminum composite panels with a maximum output of 1800kg/h and a maximum production line speed of 10m/min. Produce products with a width of 1220-1560mm and an aluminum foil thickness of 0.18mm or more.

At the same time, the company also provides a traditional aluminum-plastic panel production line with a maximum output of 500-800kg/h and a maximum line speed of 5m/min, which can produce products with a width of 1220-1560mm and a thickness of aluminum foil of 0.06mm-0.5mm.
