PP PVC Tube Settler Media Profile Extrusion Making Machinery Production Line

Tube settlers, also called lamella clarifiers, are used to remove solids in the waste water treatment. Tube settlers are single plastic profiles combined to tubes. This design multiplies the sedimentation area up to 15 times per square meter surface area and helps to improve sedimentation in water and waste water treatment plants. Different executions support a better process and cost reduction of the plant.

Raw materials

PP, PVC, ABS, with lubricating additives to provide a smooth, antifriction surface

Solids Removal Sludge, sand and siltes in surface water, chemical precipitation and flocculation form solids which have to be removed. The most economic process to remove this pollution is parallel plate sedimentation. Multiple sedimentation planes within one tank reduce the size and cost of the tanks.
