BOGDA manufactures plastic sheet extrusion lines for PET, PVC, PP, PS, PC, ABS and other thermoplastic materials. Our equipment covers transparent packaging sheets, thermoforming sheets, rigid plastic sheets, decorative materials and industrial sheet applications.
From raw material feeding and extrusion to sheet forming, cooling, trimming and winding, BOGDA provides complete production line solutions. Each line can be configured according to the required sheet width, thickness, output capacity, material properties and final application.
Choosing the correct extrusion line starts with the material being processed. Different polymers require different screw designs, temperature profiles, melt handling and cooling arrangements.
PET sheet extrusion lines are commonly used to produce transparent sheets for thermoforming, blister packaging and food packaging applications.
Depending on the production requirements, PET extrusion equipment may use single-screw, vented or twin-screw extrusion configurations. Raw material moisture control and melt stability are particularly important when processing PET.
BOGDA offers PET sheet production configurations for single-layer and multilayer applications, including selected systems designed for processing recycled PET materials.

PP and PS sheet extrusion lines produce rigid and semi-rigid plastic sheets for thermoformed packaging, trays, containers and other fabricated plastic products.
Single-layer production is suitable for many conventional applications, while co-extrusion systems can produce multilayer structures for specific functional requirements.
For barrier packaging applications, additional materials such as EVOH may be incorporated into properly designed multilayer structures with compatible tie layers.

PVC sheet extrusion lines are used to manufacture rigid or flexible sheets for blister packaging, stationery, decorative products and other industrial applications.
PVC processing requires appropriate screw configuration and temperature management to maintain stable plasticization while limiting thermal degradation. The die and calendering system also affect sheet thickness, surface finish and dimensional consistency.

Engineering plastic sheets are used in luggage shells, protective housings, automotive components and industrial fabrication.
Depending on the material and application, production requirements may include material pre-drying, controlled melt temperatures, sheet cooling and surface finishing.
BOGDA provides selected extrusion line configurations for PC, ABS and other suitable thermoplastics, according to the required sheet properties.
BOGDA supplies different extrusion machine models to match sheet manufacturing requirements. The following examples are based on specifications published for selected BOGDA production lines.
Sheet Type | Sheet Width | Thickness Range | Output Capacity |
|---|---|---|---|
PET Sheet | 600–1220 mm | 0.17–2.0 mm | 200–1000 kg/h |
PVC Rigid Sheet | 1220–2000 mm | 0.2–3.0 mm* | 350–550 kg/h |
PET/PETG Sheet | Model-dependent | 0.2–1.5 mm | Up to 800 kg/h |
PVC thickness ranges vary by model: the published smaller model covers 0.2–3.0 mm, while the larger model covers 1.0–3.0 mm.
Reference specifications from published BOGDA product listings. Sheet width, thickness and output must be checked against the selected machine model.
Production capacity is influenced by the extruder size, polymer type, sheet thickness, cooling capacity and downstream operating conditions. Contact BOGDA for model-specific specifications and equipment recommendations.
For plastic sheet manufacturers, consistent product quality directly affects material consumption, downstream processing and customer acceptance.
Important factors include:
● Thickness Uniformity: Appropriate die adjustment, stable melt pressure and controlled roll gaps help reduce thickness variations.
● Surface Finish: Calender roll conditions and temperature control influence sheet gloss, smoothness and surface marks.
● Sheet Flatness: Balanced cooling and controlled line tension help reduce warping and uneven shrinkage.
● Material Cleanliness: Suitable filtration and raw material handling reduce the risk of visible contamination.
● Process Stability: Coordinated extrusion, calendering and haul-off speeds support consistent production.
For applications requiring tight thickness tolerances, the required tolerance should be specified before equipment selection. Thickness measurement and control options can then be evaluated according to the project.
