EVA Sheet Extrusion Production Line

EVA is a copolymer of Ethylene Vinyl Acetate made from Ethylene (E) and Ethylene Acetate (VA). It is called Ethylene Vinyl Acetate or EVA or E/VAC.The structural formula is :(ch2ch-oh)n.Polymerization methods: High pressure bulk polymerization (for plastics), solution polymerization (PVC processing AIDS), emulsion polymerization (adhesives), suspension polymerization.Emulsion polymerization was used for ethylene acetate (VA) content higher than 30%, and high-pressure bulk polymerization was used for ethylene acetate content lower.

EVA products are new environmental protection plastic foam materials, with good buffering, seismic, heat insulation, moisture-proof, chemical corrosion and other advantages, and non-toxic, non-water absorption.
